[Abandoned] MinecartMania Reborn
Minecart Mania 2.0 is a total minecart overhaul for fun and profit.
With MCM you can:
- Jump and ramp minecarts through the air
- Travel at ludicrous speeds (no derailing!)
- Set destinations for each cart and route them automatically through intersections.
- Route minecarts based on their type, contents or direction.
- Use block or signs to change speed, physics, and other properties on the fly.
- Use minecarts to farm wheat, lumber and other crops, harvest them and place them in chests
- Use advanced sensors to trigger redstone circuits based on the type, contents and direction of minecarts.

Posted Jun 26, 2013simple question, are capitals and lowercase letters considered the same. For instance, are the following two station prompts the same? [St-#e*:N] and [St-#E*:N]
also if my players type the command "/st 5Nfauxiss", will it bring them to [st-5nfauxiss] given that the stations are set up correctly?
Also, can minecarts derail on turns if they are going faster than 100%?

If you change this to:
that should make the clay reverse the cart without needing a redstone signal. (If you don't explicitly state on which redstone state an action should be carried out, any state will work.)

Posted Jun 12, 2013I want the configure the clay block to automatically make a minecart go in the opposite direction without the need for a redstone signal. I have looked at the Control Blocks and Signs page but i just cant figure it out. any ideas?

I have a quite important question and without an answer I can't develop my minecart rail system the way it should work.
I would like to create a system like this: - When a minecart is riding from one direction it should stop at the station for example for 10 sec. and then ride to the next station without a possibility to travel in the other direction.
- When a minecart is placed on a station block it should be launch when it is pushed or redstone is triggered on but just in one direction for example written on a sign
I tried to make a station with a sign with commands like this: [catch] [hold for 10] [player:N] [empty:D]
but it doesn't work when a player places a minecart and wants to ride from the first station. Does anyone have a solution to that?

Not sure, think you have to configure a block to be [spawn:storage] but this is going to be recieve a major update soon.

Posted May 26, 2013I just re-downloaded version for 1.5.2.
I tried to spawn a Storage Minecart, but no way...
.
With [spawn:storage] in several ways. Always an empty minecart.
I tried with a diamond block and an emerald block. The sign does'nt seem to take effect
Where i'm wrong ?

Not really... the physics are all kinda mashed up together. You could always use a [magnet:] sign to temporarily turn off the magnet before hitting a [jump]

Posted May 7, 2013Is there any way to keep the sponge jumps enabled, but have the feature where carts go flying off the top of a hill disabled?
I think a feature to enable certain parts of it would be nice, like you can disable certain control blocks from working at all.
