Made sure plugin had no errors on latest beta version of bukkit

Have a confirmed report of the plugin working, I'm assuming it's good, if anyone has problems with it please submit a ticket.

Will probably say that config is outdated, please ignore it.

bug where player can potentially fall through world or get stuck in blocks
getting stuck between two way portals
(neither of these have been confirmed on recent patches and may have been internally fixed, but nothing has been done by me to address them)
