MCPK 0.9.1 Update

This update adds a new chat tag for players currently in PK status.

Changes

• Added configurable PK tag in chat.
• PK players can now appear with a prefix such as [PK] before their name.
• Added new config section:

AboutPK:
  ChatTag:
    Enable: true
    Tag: '&c[PK]&r '

• Updated configversion to 4.
• Existing configs are automatically backed up as config.yml_old.
• Old configuration values are copied into the new config file during update, so existing settings are preserved.
• Added a Bukkit console warning when the config is upgraded.

Important
If you already have a config file, the plugin will generate a new updated one and keep your old settings. The previous file will be saved as config.yml_old.
