MCEEW 2.8.0 — Velocity Support

MCEEW now officially supports Velocity.

Velocity users

Install MCEEW-Velocity-2.8.0.jar on the Velocity proxy only.

Do not also install the Bukkit build on backend servers.
Running both versions in the same network may cause duplicate notifications.

Velocity requires Java 17+.
