What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

When typing /mrc, this is what the user sees:

Now in mark mode

Would like to see each commands text in a language/config file so we can modify to something like the following (including color codes):

&6[Blueprint]&c Now in mark mode for <playername>.  Right-click a chest to mark.

And the corresponding message after being marked:

Resource chest marked
to
&6[Blueprint]&c Resource chest marked for <playername>

NOTE: I mention the playername since the commands can now be run with specific users.

Also noticed when I typed "/lr zucchero" it said:

zucchero needs no matterials

should be

zucchero needs no materials (no extra T)

When typing "/help blueprint"

/blueprint: Switches to blueprint mode

should be

/blueprint: Toggles blueprint mode

/resourceboard: Perminently have a list of resources on screen

should be

/resourceboard: Permanently have a list of resources on screen

/markresourcechest: Mark a chest as a chest that contain resources needed for building

should be

/markresourcechest: Mark a chest as a chest that contains resources needed for building

/unmarkresourcechest: Mark a chest as a chest that contain resources needed for building

should be

/unmarkresourcechest: Mark a chest as a chest that contains resources needed for building
