Released v2.0!

Added a new, configurable event message: When a player levels up, he recives a message: "Congratulations! You are now level <current level>", this can be turned off in the config file.

Added a new effect: When burning, if right clicked on 'Fire' marked in config block (Default: Stone), the player will be extinguished.
