Magical weapons

Table of Contents

Are you and your server tired of traditional pvp mechanics? Then this plugin is just for you! It adds more weapons, armor and other items to the game, that will change the pvp aspect of your server!

Please note that this page covers only the latest version (v2.00 pre-release 3 - currently awaiting approval).

Items: (more on the way! I will be re-adding all the items from the previous versions, and a lot of new ones as well)

That's weird, all of these work for me :/

btw, I admit that hammer charging is a little bit awkward atm, as orginnaly I wanted it to be charged with XP not XP percentage to the next level, it's just that bukkit's methods are a little bit weird. I've found a way around it, so it's going to be XP based in the next version. I might actually upload it now, along with the new jetpack :P

Ok so this is me ! I use bPermissions, mw.use.*, mw.craft.* and mw.spell.* :)

The "and the hammer sends a flash!" is a fail x)

I've just tested the permissions and it seems to be working, is it some specific permission or all of them? Also, what permission plugin are you using (I use PEX)?

Ok so :

The hammer is difficult to use the system the XP bar is not very convenient, and the hammer sends a flash! I think it would be better using ammunition like the jetpack etc ... For the spellbook, should if possible ensure that selects a spell, and the spell remains in memory and is used with left click.

And (it may be me) permissions do not work, only the OP can use objects :) Some servers do not have permissions should be an option "permission: true / false" in the config file ? ^^

do you have a spellbook in your inventory / charged hammer on your hotbar? what version of CB are you using? any errors? because it works great for me

Scoreboard does not work , nothing appears, it's set to true in the configuration file I don't use scoreboard plugin in my server :)

Spellbook does actually use the chest interface, but currently only the first line of it, since there are only 2 spells atm. I was actually planning to create a necromancer's wand or something like that, that would replace the summoning wands in v1.20, and would use energy just like the hammer. The mob growing thing sounds interesting, I might make a spell that would kind of function like bone meal and also grow mobs in the area of effect, but I'm not sure if it wouldn't be too op :P

Okok :)

Otherwise, I have some suggestions - For spells, add a chest-interface rather than the dispender (For more spells) You can add some type of spells, like in Skyrim, necromancy, etc... :D Exemple: Passive spellbook - Creature thief: Turn any mob into a spawn egg - Healing : restore health - Mob grow : make mobs grow up instantly - night/day : like a /time set

Necromancy spellbook: - Summon a mob, like zombie, creeper, skeleton and wither skeleton that help you for 120 seconds

Again, sorry for my bad english, i'm french ^^

v2.00 awaiting approval! Yaaay! Took a little bit longer than expected I know :P Anyway, this is kind of just a pre-release, since it doesn't have a lot of items in it atm, but don't you worry, I'm working on it! Also don't forget to leave your opinion about the new magic system, and suggestions as well! And the bugs, don't forget the bugs.
