Metrics Collection
This plugin uses bstats for metrics collection. The information sent to bstats.org is completely anonymous, publicly viewable, and includes the following metrics:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true, or by editing this plugin's config.yml and changing "metrics_level" to 0.

It's up to players whether or not they want to use an RP. Downloading it to your server won't do anything- you have to set it up in server.properties, then it will ask your players if they want to use it when they join.

You know they're not supposed to look like "little cubes" .. I assume you've seen the videos or tried this plugin with the resource pack?
You can't load skins from imgur in MC 1.8.4 anymore.
Just set "url_icons_enabled: false" in config.yml to turn them off.

Posted Apr 20, 2015How to change spell icons? I dont want to use all those cubes and stuff already in there. For example i want to use an arrow for the arrow spell and a door icon for admission and so on. I went into spells.yml and found the icon for the spell arrow, uploaded a pic of an arrow to imgur.com and reloaded but its still a steve head icon... how do i change spell icons?

If you really want, just put this in spells.yml:
No spell effects will be undoable, use this at your own risk, players houses will get Nuke'd, yadda yadda yadda.

All non-engineering spells auto-rollback by default. Your server would get tore up otherwise.
You can customize spells on spells.yml to change "undo: 0" and turn this off, but you'll have to do it for every spell you want to make permanent.

Posted Apr 20, 2015Spells that destroy blocks undo themselves after a few seconds of being cast. I have tried changing the config, but I cannot seem to find the reason the spells effects don't last. How do I disable this?

Spell icons were broken in 1.8.4 client, update Magic to turn them off or wait til they get fixed. Should be sometime today if all goes well.
That warning can happen if you /clear yourself, or just through general glitchiness. It's just a warning and can usually be ignored- it means you got a wand out of your hand without Magic hearing about it.
Not sure about cycle mode, I literally never use it. I can't think of why it would be broken, but I will take a look when I can. I did recently put some fixes in to chest mode, may have helped cycle but I kind of doubt it.
Though if you mean you did "/wand master"- that wand doesn't have any spells on it, so that may be your issue.

Good luck! If it does work you will probably have to re-add your magic items to shops, since the issue was saving them as well as loading them.

Depending on how SignShop saves items, that may work if you update to latest Spigot. It recently added support for saving items with custom data.

Posted Apr 18, 2015OKAY. I use signshop to sell the wands, when you buy a wand, i think signshop doesnt register it as a wand and therefore i cant fill it because when i do wandp adamantyte then go to the npc it works. doesnt seem to work when it is bought from signshop

Does the wand you are trying to use actually work? It may have been wiped, like by another plugin. That NPC ought to work with any wand that's not set to "locked".

Posted Apr 18, 2015I need help. If you rememebr I set an npc to fill wand when right clicked, but i created a few of my wn wands and sometimes when i right click the npc it says i must be holding a wand but Its one of the wands I created in the wands.yml. Why wont it work?

To fix this issue I used /magic clean ALL.
Then it allowed me to pick up the wands and hat.
Next I put the wand or hat in my hand and used /wand configure indestructible false.
Last threw it in the lava and poof all gone.

Make sure to do "/magic clean ALL" - the caps is important. Otherwise it's looking for wands bound to a player named "all" ;)
That should work to get rid of any dropped on the ground.
EDIT: er, well.. unless they are somehow indestructible but Magic lost of track of them.. hopefully that's not the case.
You can check this with "/magic list wands", will list all tracked dropped wands in the world.
You should be able to pick up bound wands when op'd, too.. so some weird stuff seems to be going on there, sorry :(

I appreciate you looking into it and I understand it will take take because the 1.8.4 update issues need addressing first. In the mean time I have a room that i throw all the "indestructible" items in.
It does seem that most wands will respond to the /wand configure command and others I can't even pick up. (ones made before the fix) Which is strange. All new wands do drop, are able to be destroyed and configure properly.

I thought of one thing- I put an "Unbreakable" vanilla tag on the items when a wand is indestructible, and it's possible I don't remove it (made a TODO).
I thought that only made the item not wear out, though, nothing to do with it being invulnerable when dropped. That's something special I do when the item spawns into the world and I detect my special "indestructible" flag.
In the meantime, if the new ones work and you're just trying to get rid of old ones (and replace them, maybe)- here are some other options:
