Metrics Collection
This plugin uses bstats for metrics collection. The information sent to bstats.org is completely anonymous, publicly viewable, and includes the following metrics:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true, or by editing this plugin's config.yml and changing "metrics_level" to 0.

Sorry, that's not going to happen. I realize it can be difficult for people in some countries to get ahold of Minecraft, but stealing the game is still not something I can support.
If you want to test the plugin, just download it and run a server on your own computer, it only requires two downloads and a tiny bit of instruction-following :)

Sure! If you'd like to start by forking the repo, it should be easily buildable with Maven. Let me know if you run into any issues.
If you add any new features, new spell actions, fix any bugs- just submit a PR, and I'd be more than happy to accept. If you decide you want to keep at it, eventually I'd just add you to the elMakers org so you have direct push access to the repo.

I took a look at Scavenger - they are indeed listening at the same priority as Magic for death events.
EDIT: This is fixed in the latest dev build of Magic- I just force Magic to load before Scavenger, and all seems well!

Maybe you'r right, WGCustomFlag help me in my server to prevent players intensive magic even without WG in particular region.

I'd bet money on the Scavenger plugin being what is interfering. It's possible I could fix this with some different event priorities, but I'd need to know what that plugin is using.
If Magic and Scavenger have the same event priorities, then this bug could be dependent on plugin load order.. which may be why it goes away if you remove WGCustomFlags. I can't imagine that plugin has anything to do with it.

I have a Plugin called Scavenger this plugin save inventory on death charging them economy money. But i think the problem is the WGCustomFlags-1.8.1-beta when i remove it the problem fix.

Do you have any inventory saving plugins or anything like that?
Magic ought to restore their survival inventory on logout, I'm thinking something, another plugin, is interfering with that.
