    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Giving friend a key
    2.They unlock door - it says unlocked
    3.Cant open door

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Door opens, it doesnt open

    What version of the product are you using?

    v.2
    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no error in log
