Changes

• Changed the default Key item to Glowstone Dust (348)
• Added a new configuration option OP_MAKE_KEY
• Added some Variable Codes to some configuration nodes.

Only 256 unique keys can be created due to Minecraft's Durability field being a 'short'
I have made a "Workaround" but there will be duplicate keys if you have a lot of protected blocks on your server.
