Added !slog. That's like an async command that tells you the last command executed (in case your server is lagging)

Added additional protections from crazy worldeditors. Seriously, that part alone could be its own plugin. If a ton of drops are detected all at the same time, the system kicks in and removes them all. It eases the situations where someone "accidentally" sets a whole plot to pressure plates.
