Once again this build is still in beta, and be sure to back up your config before updating.

• Added ability to add enchantments to items. How to add them is explained in the config.
• Added "buy-delay" to config prevents players from spamming the chat from buying tickets.
• Added "warmup" to lottery defaults. This new variable acts as an opposite from cooldown, adding time instead of taking time.
• Signs are now protected from:
  • Players destroying them
  • Players destroying the blocks that signs are attached to
  • Fires
  • Explosions
  • Pistons
