Once again this build is still in beta, and be sure to back up your config before updating.

• Added lottery option "ticket-limit" allowing for control on how many tickets there are per lottery
• Added lottery option "clear-pot" whether the pot should clear when the lottery failed to draw a winner
• Added lottery option "clear-rewards" whether rewards should be cleared when the lottery failed to draw a winner
• Added config option "draw-delay" for control on how long the delay is between announcing the lottery ended and the announcement of the winner
• Added config option "buy-during-draw" for control on players buying tickets during a drawing
