Once again this build is still in beta, and be sure to back up your config before updating.

• Added command '/lottery update' - used for manually checking updates
• Added permission node for using signs
• Signs are now no longer saved, now lottery signs are detected through a configurable sign tag (Sign creation is same as before), This new system was created in place of the old one, so unloading lotteries wouldn't affect the signs, and also for the fact that this system does not require data saving, though the sign message, as always, will be configurable
• Added permission "lottery.admin.update" which goes with '/lottery update'
• You can now disable some of the tasks (such as "update-delay", "save-delay") by setting the value to 0 or less
• You can now control the chat prefix through the config
• Better and safer data conversion
• New configurable message for the main lotteries
• Fixed vast majority of errors
