NOTE: I have taken the project back to beta until I am fully comfortable that most of the bugs are gone. Anyway I bring you v0.7.4, alot has changed between v0.7.3 and v0.7.4, new commands, bigger and new config, ect... be sure to look at this change long to see exactly what I added. I'll try to remeber everything :)

• Added commands '/lottery reload <lottery name>' and '/lottery reloadall' for convinience of reloading loteries individually or altogether instead of reloading the server/plugin
• Added command '/lottery create <lottery name>' which will create a section in the lotteries config with defaults specified from the config instead of doing it manually
• Added command '/lottery config reload' for specifically reloading the config
• Added command '/lottery load <lottery name>' for loading new lotteries or specific lotteries
• Added command '/lottery save' for force saving lotteries
• Added command '/lottery version' for getting plugin version
• GIANT code revamp, which unfortunately as always, may come with small bugs
• Commands now run smoother and more user-friendly
• Commands can be scrolled through pages '/lottery 1', '/lottery 2', ect...
• Switched around and added permissions, check the permissions on main page for double checking
• Made some commands accessible though console only
• Added some new config options
• Added defaults section in config, this section controls the defaults which affect every lottery (I maily added this in case for those owners that repeat variables on several lotteries in which they can use this instead)
• Changed the way item rewards are made now. Look at config for examples
