• Item rewards will now drop at the winner's location when space in not available in the winner's inventory
• Added new config variable "time-after-draws" for delaying time after a lottery draw so it does not spam the chat box
• Removed section "lottery-properties" from the config, seeing how their is no use for it

The timers on the signs will "freeze" during a lottery drawing and the delay afterwards. If you have any suggestions on how this should be handled, please do not hesitate to let me know
