bukkit version : 1.7.10

LRM version : Beta: 2.0.2 / I also tried other ones for 1.7.9 and 1.8, even my server beeing 1.7.10.

list of other plugins : Anticraft,Autosavworld,vault,EssentialsPack,elitemob,Grief Prevention,Loginsecurity,mythicmobs,RpgHealth,worldedit,worldguard and worldborder

ERROR: Basically the error is that all the mobs spawn with half heart in my server it doesn't matther the distance to spawn.
