Multiworld support added!

  1. Allow to change the distance modifier for each world you have
  2. Change what level creatures start at
  3. Change the "Center" of each world for distance calculation

WARNING

  • Do NOT delete the world section, as it is used by default by worlds that don't have a configuration specified

bonusEXP in the config.yml isn't usable yet.
