NOTES:
This is the same that version 3 but stores data on mySQL
everything else is the same, just for people who wants
use mysql

ADDED:
now when table does not exist it creates it.
added online offline player when player is connected or disconected to show on web
added reload support now you can /reload safetly

TO-DO:
I will add a web page forum that share the mysql of the plugin so players
can login the web with his playersname and passwords.
