What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.   Not to sure what's going on.  I can ask players what their doing when it happens if you need me to.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No console error.  Console Error.

Well it only happens for certain players it seems.

All the player was trying to do was lockpick a chest.

EDIT: It does not show the player is picklocking to the person being picked. They say they also get no error message, and nothing happens afterwards. Sorry for the edit just figured more details the better :).

What version of bukkit/spigot are you running?

Currently I'm using Build #35 of the Spigot 1.7, which is actually still 1.6.4 just the update for clients.
