Change to using UUIDs instead of playername where necessary
Toggle durability reduction on grapple items. {/lgrapple durable}
Toggle between Minecraft Time and System Time for grapple cool-downs to accommodate maps that use "/gamerule doDaylightCycle false". {/lgrapple time}
Toggle grapple use for blocks below the player. {lgrapple below}
Fixed no permission message when using item other than grapple.
