Description
This chat plugin requires no configuration. It has pre-made channels each with their own distinct color. The chat includes suffixes and prefixes from permission plugins, so no need for additional plugins or configuration.

HeroChat is very sophisticated. This will not ever be able to mimic herochat's functionality. But herochat also (currently) does not support the new asyncchatevent. This plugin does
But if you have specific channels you want added with a specific setup (Color etc) let me know and I can add them to the plugin.

Don't see an error in the code there.
Make sure you have Vault. You can download latest version of vault here. Just put it in your plugin folder. http://dev.bukkit.org/media/files/610/285/Vault.jar
If you have vault, which plugins are you using? I am unable to reproduce this error. Which CraftBukkit version are you using?

Posted Aug 18, 2012I recnetly removed nickname support as it wasn't thread safe. Re-adding it would affect the asynchatevent and probably force me to use a synthesizer which would defeat the asynchatevent purpose =(. Maybe I could add a way for it to only effect those using teh nicknames. Ill have to fiddle around with it.

Posted Aug 13, 2012@selfservice0 there is no chat showing at all, also if someone writes something in dynmap nothing appears ingame. I have dynmap chat deactivated for the moment.. If you going to implement dynmap chat, make sure that the staff chat will be hidden by default. Herochat had a similar problem with dynmap therefor one of the developers of dynmap made this Herochat Dynmap Pluginmaybe you can modify it or contact Developer of Dynmap?
