- fixed issue where item had to be in mainhand to be checked for addlife now item can be anywhere in inventory to pass when the addlife command is run

- added commands

     - /addlife-data - to display config file data

     -/addlife-help - to display a help dialogue

- chnaged command

     -/addlife-resetlife has taken place of /resetlife

- changed permission name

     - lifeline.resetlife and lifeline.data have been changed to use just lifeline.admin

- fixed issue with error message for no addlife item prenet not changing item registry format to game display format
