• Added "/lvls reset" command to reset lvl and stats
• Translated to English
• Some bugs corrected
• compatible with gamemode survival and creative(no error) but not with godmodes

1. When server crash (for an ecternal reason) stats maybe will be reset.
2. on my server the death events don't work, so I improvise other death-recognition system.
3. others not known.
4. config IncPerUpgrade values not working (is just an example)
