    What is the issue?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    With this plugin, a portal to portal teleportation system should be added. I have scanned bukkit dev, tried every plugin and none work. Example:

    A sign that says <

    ----

    This would be the portal going TO the shop.

    [Portal]
    shop
    ---------------
    Second portal

    [Portal]
    spawn

    ----------------
    ^This would be going from the Shop to the Spawn.

    Use AncientGates for portal teleportation. This is great cannon tp plugin
