    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.install
    2.add permissions
    3. use commands

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expect the /ll manage gui and not being able to destry/build block in another person claimed land. what i see is no GUI and being able to destry/build block in other peoples claimed land

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest release

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no error log, but when i use /ll manage it says "there is nothing to manage" even though i have claimed the chunk and it say i own it via /ll info

    Please provide any additional information below.

    i have tried the plug in on both 1.7.10 spigot and CB
    other addons i am using is Groupmanager and essentals

    Could you verify that this issue install occurring with the latest release of both spigot and landlord?
