Now you can protect your beloved wolfs, too!

Added Permissions

kitty.puppy.protect - Does not smite the player on hurting wolfs (Default: OP)

kitty.puppy.owner - Does not smite if owner of wolf (Default: false)

Added config

protectKitty: true #Should cats be protected?

protectPuppy: false #Should wolfs be protected?

punishment: lightning #Punishment options: lightning, fire

fireTicks: 400 #If punishment is fire, how long should the damager burn? (in ticks)

Other changes

Fire from lightning is less likely. (but still possible)
