KillsPay

Description

PVP and mob kills can now earn you money. Just setup the amount in the config file. Use the permission - killspay.use to allow payment for players killing players and for players killing mobs.

For this plugin to work you need to have Vault installed

Installation

place killspay2.jar in your plugins folder
Start your server
Setup the config file (not needed, it works out of the box)
Setup permission killspay.use / killspay.setbounty
Go kill and get paid =)

KillsPay

Players must have the killspay.use permission to be able to get paid. The names of the mobs in the config file must match the names as they are descibed here and match the world names in the config file to your world names.

Bounty

Players must have the killspay.use permission to be able to collect a bounty, and the killspay.setbounty permission to be able to set bounties.

Commands

/bounty - Shows the bounty on you
/bounty <playername> - Shows the bounrty on another player
/setbounty <playername> <amount> - Sets a bounty on a player

NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE OLD CONFIG FILE If you are updating, please remake the config file!

Still getting money for killing mobs that spawn from spawners. :/

Improvement: You should make it configurable to choose what mob spawners you could get rewards from... because blaze only spawn from spawners... so it should be configurable for each mob, wether or not you get a reward from a spawner spawn..

Install the plugin, then reload or restart your server. Then update your plugun folder, and the KillsPay folder with the config files and such will be there.

Hi - It's common courtesy to have your plugin generate the config.yml file whether or not it requires it, and running locally I didn't get a new folder or file generated. If you could check this, I'm sure it would make your users happy. :)

Hey!

We have encountered some bugs on our server with the plug-in! :/ When a player kills another player, the killer recieves three messages(one of which should be going to the killed player, and the other one is the message you also get when you kill a mob, which shouldn't be there when you kill a player).

in the config look for:

killmob: killmob: true killfriendlymob: true showpaymessage: true friendlyamount: 1.0

killfriendlymob should be true and friendlyamount is the amount paid for friendly mobs =)
