- Add timeoutlength command
- Use sendMessage instead of chat
- add permission scheme for e.g. PEX
- Add notes about teleporting, permissions.
- Add note about mooshrooms as well here.
- Adding mooshroom to the list of friendlies.
- Implement permission checking.
- Basically, ops can only set release and timeout locations now.
- Prevent players from teleporting out of timeout.
