Third prototype. Use /moveme to teleport to the spawn point of the test world.

Generates blocks of buildings and is configurable. No configuration file has been set up yet though so you can't actually configure it.

This upload is proof of progress and to give people a taste of what is coming.

Configuration file is not loaded yet. This is purely to show progress.
