What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding a command to run console command to give a book when a player first joins server to the appropriate part of config.
2. Joining server multiple times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect not to get a book, only new players. Instead everyone gets a book everytime they log into server.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No - no errors.
