Bukkit

Version 2.2 adds the ability to count and display the number of unique players that have joined the server.

Changes (unique players):

• a one-time setup to get the number of already joined players (allows fore accuracy right from the start)
• configurable message to display for number of unique players joined
• ability to enable/disable both the counting and the message for unique players
