I feel like if this is added I for myself will be able to cap certain ranks in my server to not be as powerful early in their rankings as people in higher ranks.

So what I wish for you to implement is a level cap that can be configures for each rank.
Example : in my server people can rank up the ladder of ranks and are allowed to get better things for each rank they buy with ingame money.
But some of my people dont think it matter if you rank up because you get the same amount of money with jobs as a villager and as a senator so what I was thinking is making it so my Villager rank (lowest rank) can only level their jobs to level 10 (or configurable in the config or with perms) and my senator rank(the highest rank) does not have a level cap.

maybe permissions can be like jobs.level.10 so the group it's set on can only level their jobs to level 10 this is including all the jobs not just 1. or maybe do a different permission for each job? That'll be fine with me as long as you are able to implement a level cap that can be configurable with each rank? I hope you like my idea. Thanks for your time.

Your related post is not what i meant, I want them to stop leveling their jobs with certain perms not to control how many jobs they can have.
