When a player has the job Weaponsmith, they can get unlimited money/pints/exp by having a full inventory when repairing. They then shift+click on the item they're repairing. It doesn't go into their inventory, so it doesn't take their experience or items. However, it does count as repaired by Jobs, so they can just keep shift+clicking on the item to keep making money.
