What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install JustWarp plugin
2. Disable warps in config
3. Try to warp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Every time I try to warp using the JustWarp plugin and with warps disabled in the config, it says. "/warp <name or list>, /warp <add/delete> <name>"

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.
