- New commands added:

/iv give to obtain the object /iv reload to reload the config (only reload config.yml)

- New permissions added:

itemvanish.admin: Allows you to use the itemvanish admin commands itemvanish.bypass: Allows you to use the itemvanish in not allowed worlds

- Multi-World configuration

if a player enter in a world when the plugin is not allowed, all the players are show, the item is reset to off state and the plugin is blocked for use
