What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow format construction- same block type in isolated area
2. Place sign
3. Sign is removed, with "Make a framework first!"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

can you post a screenshot of the portal.

are you thure ther is no tallgrass or snow under it?

You can make the framework first (without isolation). and after that make the isolation (with an other type of block (or maybe the same)
