Bugs
- Some stats don't work properly like reflect. Also I have 35 health with armors and 6% health regen but it gives me 1 health and 2 sometimes ever second which makes me thing that it gives 1.2 health per second 6% of 20 health. So it doesn't count our health from armors. Not to mention that this % system is too hard to control.
- Every level requires 17 exp.
- Mod items don't work properly. It includes damage and durability bar (Under the item icon) doesn't match with durability from lore. This is just a visual bug tho. When durability run out at lore item breaks.
Suggestion
Mentioned this couple times at comments just in case you didn't see it through comments I'll write these down. Certain stats would be better if they work with flat numbers instead of percentages.
For example the way life steal work is so hard to use. It would be better if it works as Life Steal: +5 (5 hp steal per hit). This would be more useful. The way it works now is unbalanced. Let's say I want to make noob weapon. Gave it 20% life steal. Now this weapon has 6 damage and I wouldn't want it to leach too many health so I change config to 0.50. But then there is another weapon which is strong that has 50 damage and 80% life steal. And that weapon would steal 25 health which makes it kinda op. This can go for other stats. If reflect was working I wouldn't be able to use it too. Since with percentage reflect would be so weak against low damage weapons and the higher damage the enemy's weapon has more op the reflect would be. If it would work with flat number such as Reflect: +5 (5 damage taken per hit) would be better. Since I could put cooldown to it to make it balanced.

The biggest problem with changing from % values is that already established servers would have to completely redo their configs and items. It would be really difficult to clean up all the old items without resetting the world. It is something I have thought about doing but I also have to think about the servers that may have been running the plugin for a while now.
To make it backwards compatible with the % system would be a huge amount of work.
