    I gonna to leave a suggestion for development.

    Could you add support with PlayEffect or else plugin or yours to create a awesome feature. Of the feature, the owner can create a effect called as "Fire' in configuration (include interval, etc) so he can add a lore to a weapon or equipment like "Effect: Fire". The player can get effect who holding it.
