Compatible with Minecraft 1.5.2 I tested it out!
Console is now able to perform commands when a player clicked a sign. To use this feature start the command/line with '#' (Hashtag)
Added player alias: @p will now point to the name of the player who clicked the sign
Added player alias: @p will now point to the name of the player who performed a command

Hitting a sign in creative mode will sometimes let it went invisible. Place a sign without content thier to make it visible
Sometimes the iShortcut wand won't work. To fixe it simply take a new one with /ishortcuts wand
