    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Creating an arena
    2. Set up boundaries ( I used /hbg setboundary circle 600)
    2. Try to place/destroy any block

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    The block to be placed/destroyed
    The block dissaperas or respawns

    What version of the product are you using?
    v.0.8.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    No

    Please provide any additional information below.

    I have these flags set

    RestrictBlocks: false
    ExemptBlocks: glass

    Do you have any other plugins that could be restricting the blocks? EssentialsProtect, Vanish, WorldGuard, Multiverse, etc?
