What would be good if you added lobby spawn place. Where people stay after they have done /ha join.

I could, the only problem is people could be waiting for a while...

I second this suggestion, however, you should add an additional inventory clear right after /ha warpall and implement this. My thoughts are that the lobby room could be a minigame or something similar to pass the time, then when enough players have joined, they lose whatever they had from the minigame and the real game is started.

This would definitely help with people waiting around for everyone to join.

Yes, it would have to be up to the server creators to make a fun minigame lobby area. I'm sure there are lots of fun possibilities, I'm thinking a mini PvP arena like a training area. Also, is it possible to set all the tribute's health to full after warpall?

Warpall restores food which in turn restores health

This suggestion is really good because at the moment It's feel kinda empty when you join it..
