Error with the plugin #2

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.put the plugin into the plugins folder
    2.start the server then press any button
    3.restart server and wait a few minutes and try to join the server

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expected to see the server work after the first 15 minutes but instead it didn't work at all

    What version of the product are you using?
    most recent version of hunger gamees network with the most recent craft bukkit stable build for 1.4.7

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    basically the plugin is broken
