What steps will reproduce the problem?
1./op <my nick>
2./hg arena create
3.just don't do anything, anything happens

How often does the problem occur? All the time, or only for some cases?
when i try to create the DEFAULT arena

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the plugin didn't should create a arena? or show me a "wizard"
