Changelog
This plugin will work with most likely never have to be updated again as it doesn't use the Api very much.
Technical: It only uses the JavaPlugin class, the onEnable method, the getServer() method, the getOfflinePlayer() method and the OfflinePlayer class.
You can whitelist everybody you want.
