Compiled with CraftBukkit 1.8.8

• Fixed Reception signs not working and another NullPointerException in the GameLoop, to do with the Reception signs
• Fixed continuous update reminder due to non-changed version in plugin.yml

The Chinese language locales embedded in the plugin don't get exported to folder Hotels properly.

If you wish to utilise such locales check the Hotels Wiki Localisation page to download them manually.
