What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Horse Protect
2. Restart Server to Generate Config
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected there to be an option to allow Essential Warps or not.
No config option for Essentials Warps found at all

I dont' want my players to teleport their horses anywhere. They can't teleport any other farm animals, why should horses be any different? Without a config option to disable using Horses through Warps, I can't stop them. I installed because I was told/I read that this was optional. But I see no option.
