What is the enhancement in mind? adding ability of Physical Stable

Add the ability to spawn horses for a physical stable, so people can view the horse they want before they buy them.
command to keep the horse from following you, eg. /horses stay

Yeah a physical shop/stable where the horses are shown before you buy them could be awesome, there was earlier a suggestion of stable masters so combining them would be even more epic! Or just make a buy sign near the horse standing, that would show the player stats and cost of the horse. Even if this would be impossible you could write the stats on your own. Would be even better for multilanguage support.

This whole idea of physical stables is great but i'm not sure if this wouldn't be to much effort and if ShadowDog007 want's the plugin to go this direction.
