    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel? ability to stop horses from breeding so there is a use to buying a horse instead of just breeding them. ability for ops or with perms that are still able to breed horses or like a cost to breed horses?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    A option in the config or perms would be the best!
